Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, I’m a proud University of Tennessee Volunteer and Colorado State University Ram! I completed both my undergraduate studies and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in Fort Collins, Colorado, and have been practicing in the area for the past few years.
Before pursuing small animal medicine, I gained hands-on experience working with horses and livestock, which helped shape my appreciation for animals of all kinds. I enjoy building relationships with pets and their families and am passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.
Outside of the hospital, I enjoy staying active through ice hockey, golf, and pickleball, as well as scuba diving, fishing, exploring new places, and trying new restaurants. I’m also a big comedy fan and love a good laugh whenever I can find one!
At home, I’m kept company by my two senior canine companions, Gus, my 10-year-old Golden Retriever, and Buddy, my 13-year-old black Labrador Retriever. They keep me grounded and are a daily reminder of the special bond we share with our pets.
